Russ Lombardo has over 30 years in the high-tech industry in a variety of positions including executive management, sales, marketing, product management, product marketing and systems analyst. Since 1994, he’s worked for major CRM (Customer Relationship Management) vendors, such as GoldMine Software and SalesLogix, as a successful sales executive, marketing manager and sales professional. He has designed and implemented sales processes using the latest technologies and has worked with hundreds of companies on their sales process requirements.
As former Director of North American Sales for GoldMine Software, Russ built and managed large sales organizations that included inside sales, outside sales, and reseller channels, dispersed throughout North America. He has personally lived through end-user experiences as well as those of many companies from a needs-analysis viewpoint right through to implementation.
Russ leveraged his Sales and CRM expertise and experience by forming PEAK Sales Consulting in 2002. At PEAK Sales Consulting, LLC, Russ works with business owners, sales organizations and sales professionals who want to increase their sales results by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones. He consults with large and small businesses in a broad range of industries. Russ is a nationally recognized Sales and CRM consultant, speaker, trainer, author and radio show host. As a speaker, Russ presents sales training seminars and customer retention workshops as well as keynote and conference speeches to dozens of audiences every year. Russ is author of the books CyberSelling, CRM for the Common Man and Smart Marketing.
